Well that's not good...

Someone got into our car last night. This morning the door was ajar, the glove box was riffled through, and the back seat next to William's carseat was dropped flat to access the trunk. We don't think anything was taken. The GPS was still there and we didn't keep any other valuables in the car but it still freaks me out. Seth thinks they might have been scared off by someone, but if they had time to search through the glove box and drop the back seat and didn't take the GPS then what were they looking for? Time for a little more paranoia around the house since I'm home alone with William so much. :(

I saw a really good home defense video a while back. It's especially targeted at people who might be home without anyone else there.

Oh no! Was your car in your driveway? On the street? Do you have a garage? That's scary! Keep the doors and windows locked.

It was in our driveway, we don't have a garage unfortunately. Seth thinks he's solved the mystery. Turns out a handful of quarters in the driver's door (kept for random tolls) were taken. He thinks it was probably some kids looking for money but not kids old enough to know how to sell things like the GPS.
